Ingredients:
- Ripe mangoes, 2 pieces (peeled and diced)
- Condensed milk, 100 ml
- Milk, 500 ml
- Jelly powder, 7 grams
- Granulated sugar, 100 grams (according to taste)
- Water, 750 ml
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Steps:
- Prepare the Ingredients. Make sure all the ingredients are well-prepared. Peel and dice the mangoes, prepare sweetened condensed milk, milk, jelly powder, granulated sugar, water, and vanilla extract.
- Boil the mangoes with a little water until they become soft and easy to puree. After that, blend the mangoes into a puree using a blender or other smoothing tool.
- Mix the jelly powder with water. Stir until it dissolves in water.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan, add granulated sugar, and the agar-agar mixture. Stir well and bring it to a boil.
- Next, add the previously prepared mango puree. Stir well until thoroughly mixed.
- Add condensed milk to the jelly and mango mixture. Make sure the mixture is continuously stirred to prevent clumps.
- Add vanilla extract to give a fragrant aroma to the mango pudding. Stir well.
- Pour the mango pudding mixture into a mold or pudding mold. Let it sit for a while to set.
- After the pudding has set, place the pudding container in the refrigerator for a few hours until it is completely cold. Mango pudding is ready to be served.
Additional Tips:
For variation, add mango pieces to the pudding mixture before chilling. Serve it with a sprinkle of basil seeds or fresh fruit slices for a more appealing appearance. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste. If the mango is already sweet, you can reduce the sugar.
